This refreshing kefir smoothie is creamy, lightly tangy, and naturally sweet from bananas and blueberries. With a boost of ginger and endless optional add-ins, it’s a quick, nourishing drink that’s perfect for breakfast or a post-workout refresh.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolling Meadow Plain Kefir

  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

  • 1 banana, fresh or frozen

  • 1 knob ginger (around 1″ piece, peeled)

  • 1/2 cup water

  • Optional add-ins (carrot or spinach, seeds, collagen, coconut oil, etc.)

How To Make It

Add kefir to a blender, then add all other ingredients.

If you’re not using a high-speed blender, chop any crunchy ingredients into small pieces first. Grate the ginger to avoid any stringy bits.

Blend on high for around 1 minute until smooth. Enjoy!
